1. Services Provided

Ayna is an AI-powered assistant designed to generate virtual hairstyle and hair color try-ons based on user-uploaded photos. All generated images are for personal entertainment and visualization purposes. Actual salon results may vary from the AI-generated images.

2. Subscriptions

Premium features, including unlimited style generations and high-resolution exports, require an active subscription billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Limitation of Liability

TUBU ARGE A.Ş. is not liable for any dissatisfaction with actual haircuts or color treatments resulting from reliance on the AI-generated images. The generated images are simulations, not guarantees of real-world results.
