TUBU ARGE Anonim Şirketi (“TUBU”, “We”, or “Our Company”) respects the privacy of users of the Ayna: AI Hairstylist & Color Try-on mobile application (“Application”).

1. Personal Data Collected

  • Account Credentials: Email address used during registration.
  • Photos and Selfies: Images you upload to generate hairstyle and color changes.
  • Generation History: Logs and generated images of your virtual makeovers.
  • In-App Purchases: Premium membership billing handled via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Provide ultra-realistic AI hairstyle and color generation,
  • Save and organize your generated looks,
  • Continuously improve the accuracy of our AI hair rendering models.

3. Data Protection

Your photos and generated styles are stored in secure cloud systems (AWS Frankfurt). We only process your uploaded images for the sole purpose of generating your requested hairstyles. We do not sell your photos to third-party ad networks.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed to provide the Application’s features. Your account data and content remain stored while your account is active. When you delete your account (via the in-app deletion option or the account deletion page), all personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems. Encrypted server backups expire automatically within 90 days at the latest. If you use the Application without creating an account, your content stays on your device and is not stored on our servers beyond what is required to process your requests. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated photos at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a request at https://ayna.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
